Shipping Eligibility

  • We only ship to locations where alcohol delivery is legally permitted.

  • Shipping restrictions may apply based on state or local laws.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders placed after business hours may be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.

  • All alcohol shipments require Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery.

  • Carriers may refuse delivery if no eligible adult is present.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • No adult available to sign

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal of age verification

Additional shipping or restocking fees may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
