With help from their Master Distiller Dave Pickerell they purchase stock of 10 year old blending Whiskey in Canada that was being misused. With this whisky they started to unlock the potential of the local lands and years of knowledge. WhistlePig today produces Rye whiskey of the highest standard and continues to grow its reputation as one of the most sought after Rye whiskey brands in the world. This 10 Year Old was initially matured in Canada before being aged further in Vermont at the WhistlePig farm. Made with 100% rye. Our Tasting Notes Nose: Garden herbs and mountain heather, vanilla sponge with creamy icing, almond-meal, wethers originals and marmalade.
