Westward whisky is brewed using artisanal American Ale before being distilled twice in custom low-reflux pot stills and matured in new, lightly charred American Oak barrels. This Single Malt has been crafted from locally malted barley and matured in lightly charred New American Oak Barrels before being finished for up to two years in French Oak Pinot Noir casks from Oregon’s Williamette Valley Wine Country.
