It was then transferred into a single fresh 1st Fill Sherry Butt for 36 Months. In February 2019 it was bottled at 53.6% abv as part of the Signatory Vintage cask strength collection. Only 708 bottles were produced for worldwide distribution. Our Tasting Notes Nose: Toffee sweetness with plenty of spices and stewed darks fruits.
