Matured in traditional oak casks and first fill Oloroso Sherry butts, honey and soft oak flavours develop into a hint of dark chocolate with a citrus bite before a sustained sweet and slightly dry finish. Our Tasting Notes Nose: Immediate sweetness, with hints of apple and cinnamon. A faint aroma of leathery smokiness, light and enticing. Taste: First up the sweetness, maple syrup, apples and honey. As the flavour develops there is a little more citrus, with a dark chocolate mouth feel. Finish: The sherry contributes a slightly dry finish that is strong, peppery and lingering.
