This distillery was founded in 1824 completed in 1858, it currently produces 10,200,000 litres of whisky every year and most of that goes into 6,000,000 bottles of The Glenlivet Single Malt which is Americas largest selling single malt. The rest of the whisky produced is used on owners Pernod Ricard’s blended whiskies. The name The Glenlivet is one of the most renowned whiskies in the world. There are a huge range of bottlings and the rarer ones end up in auction and are a big choice for collectors.
