A limited-edition blended malt from North Star Spirits, named Supersonic Mach 1. The Supersonic series is now complete with the Mach 1 bottling following on from Mach 4, 3, and 2. A sherry matured blended whisky bottled at a very flavoursome 46% ABV. Our Tasting Notes Nose: Clootie dumpling and wholemeal bread, Christmas icing sugar with marzipan, orange oil and liquorice Palate: Walnut loaf mingles with malted barley, sugary lollies and apple pastries with home baking spices of nutmeg and cinnamon.
