They take the Starward Award winning single grain whisky which was fully matured in red wine barrels and partner it with the Adelaide Hills Distillery red wine vermouth which has been infused with native botanicals like wattle seed and then add orange bitters. What you are left with is a cocktail that shouts juicy cherries, baking spices and vanilla. Serve chilled or over ice with a cherry or red grape garnish.  . For adults of legal drinking age.
