It was distilled on the 3rd of November in 2000, this unique single malt was matured in a first fill ex-oloroso Sherry hogshead. Only 276 bottles where made from the cask #651, making this a very rare and exclusive bottling! Our Tasting Notes Nose: A rich whisky with dried fruits, sea spray, stewed plums, toffee sweetness and a touch of smoke. Palate: The palate is viscous, very chewy. More dark fruits but now maple syrup and smoky embers. Finish: Long and delicious. Polished oak and more dark fruits and smoke.  . For adults of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly.
