This star is most commonly known as the ‘Dog Star’ (no relation to the cartoon). Aged for at least 31 years and bottled in 2019. Only 3582 bottles were produced for worldwide distribution. Our Tasting Notes Nose: Espresso, orange peel and honey sweetness. Charred oak and a little cocoa. Palate: Milk Chocolate, toasted nuts and smoke. Finish: Creamy, raisins and figs, toffee sweetness..
