In 2015, David Prior became the first Australian to ever own a Scotch Whisky distillery. Bladnoch Distillery was founded in 1817 by two Scottish brothers in the rugged Lowlands region and it’s here that Pure Scot Blended Scotch Whisky was brought to life some 200 years later. Created with the help of with Whisky legend, Charles Maclean, Pure Scot’s range of blended Scotch Whiskies have won over a dozen gold medals at international spirits competitions for its smooth, spicy, refreshing taste. Today, the innovation of Pure Scot’s whisky range is led by acclaimed Master Distiller, Dr Nick Savage, at Bladnoch Distillery.
