It was aged for 17 years from September 2000 to September 2017 then finished in a Pedro Ximenez Sherry cask. Bottled at cask strength and only 366 bottles worldwide. Our Tasting Notes Nose: Thyme, rosemary and basil herbs, whiff of smoke and honey. Taste: Pears freshly cut, canned peaches, more herbs and smoke, buttery and oily.
