To mark the occasion this cask strength bottling was released. Spending time maturing in 1st fill and 2nd fill Apera Casks this whisky delivers everything we would expect from a New World Project. It’s bottled at 62.3% abv and is limited to 540 bottles. We had the pleasure of sampling this whisky in Perth at a recent event ‘Whisky Freedom’. All we are willing to reveal is that it is another stunning release with a sweet aromatic nose and lip smackingly good on the palate. One Bottle will not last long.. For adults of legal drinking age.
