The fresh and aromatic style of Le Blanc de Blancs comes from a unique savois-faire based on: – a selection of the finest crus of Chardonnay, including Oger, Cramant, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Vertus, Trépail and Montgueux – 40% of reserve wines from a fine collection of Grands and Premier Crus, matured in oak casks, spread over 20 years – a long ageing time in cellar, 5 years minimum Harvest base: 2014 Dosage: 7 g/l Blend: Number of crus: 15 Grands & Premier Crus: 70% Tasting Notes: Luminous gold colour with green highlights.
