The distillery would open right next to Jack Daniel’s prime resource: the mineral-rich Cave Spring Hollow. in 1904 Jack Daniel’s “Old No 7” wins a Gold Medal at the World’s Fair in St Louis, the first of 7 Gold Medals it would win, it has been the standard for Tennessee Whisky and a go-to for millions ever since. Japser “Jack” Daniel died in 1906 after not being able to open his safe at work, kicking it in frustration and breaking his toe. The injury worsened and deteriorated, ultimately cause his death.   This Legacy Edition No 3 bottling is inspired by the pre-prohibition era label which highlighted the quality of Jack Daniel’s Whiskey. The label’s silver tone and elegant font paired with beautiful drawings of grain complement Jack Daniel’s refined character.
