The spirit was filled into casks that previously stored American Bourbon, then left to sleep for 18 years before being bottled straight from the cask. No chill-filtration and colouring. Our Tasting Notes Nose: Freshly cooked Gingerbread men, digestive biscuits and Turkish Delight. Palate: Creamy malted barely, tropical fruits of mango and coconut, lemon citrus, ginger spice.
