It was aged for 10 years from October 2007 to February 2018 in a refill hogshead then has been finished in a Bordeaux red wine cask. Bottled at cask strength and only 326 bottles worldwide. Our Tasting Notes Nose: Lots of mineral and ashy. Citrus and freshly cooked crumpets with raisins. Taste: Cherries, raspberries, cranberries combine well with salty sea air and a slight sooty smoke.
