Currently Australia’s biggest selling locally crafted whisky and looking to expand and build on a solid background of distilling. One of the older age statement whiskies produced and matured in our great country this 15 years old has been picking up a few awards since it was first bottled. Silver in the Australian Distilled Spirits Awards 2019 and a Category Winner in the World Whisky Awards 2019. Matured in ex-Bourbon American oak barrels for no less than 15 years and no colouring. This whisky shows citrus, vanilla and oak. Tasting Notes Nose: Freshly cut grass leads to shaved oak and splashes of lemon citrus. Palate: Kiwi fruit, passion fruit and freshly made fruit pudding, grapefruit and vanilla spice. Finish: Pencil shavings, garden mint and floral.. For adults of legal drinking age.
