It is made of 100% Pinot Meunier from the villages around Épernay on fully south-facing terroirs. The shallow, chalky soils offer a mineral and saline quality to the wine. Tasting notes: This cuvée exhibits a nose of summer fruits such as Mirabelle plum, apricot and quince. A full-bodied palate revealing the generous characteristic of Pinot Meunier with an intense vivacity and freshness that cleanses the palate.
