Our Tasting Notes Nose: Fruit bun, melted Highland toffee bars, Sherry aromas with sticky toffee pudding. Palate: The sticky toffee pudding is exploding on the palate, sweet toffee, a little bit of matchstick, it’s dry and a little bitter with blackcurrants and menthol. Finish: The finish is long and has quite a bit of flavour. There’s a bit of sulphur which is pleasant and more dry Sherry notes combine with blackberries and blueberries..
