The whisky is a wonderful creation of spirit matured in the finest of American white-oak ex-bourbon barrels and then the spirit is finished in barrels which previously held Oloroso Sherry. Our Tasting Notes Nose: Red and tropical fruits with some dry sherry sweetness, creamy vanilla and spice. Palate: Stewed tropical fruits, vanilla caramel, malt, Christmas spices.
