In 2014 The Glasgow Distillery Company re-opened becoming the first Single Malt Whisky Distillery in Glasgow for over 100 years. The Glasgow Distillery Company is re-establishing the metropolitan Scotch Malt Whisky tradition alongside the great whisky regions and bringing Glasgow Malt Whisky back to life! The Peated release has been matured in virgin oak casks before being finished in Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks and bottled at 46% ABV Our Tasting Notes Nose: Smoky sweetness with vanilla, peppery notes of dark fruits and spice.
