It was established in 2014 and the first barrel was laid to rest in November that year. They use a selection of Bourbon, Port, Sherry, Shiraz and Pinot barrels to mature their whisky sourcing these from some of the best known Coopers. Most of the whiskies produced here are small batch release and extremely limited. This Port barrel matured single malt has been bottled at 58% ABV and boasts being only one of 35 bottles created.
