It is a seriously tasty whisky not to be missed. Three casks have been used to create one of the most flavoursome whiskies I have ever tasted. Finishing Period in Bordeaux Hogsheads – 46 Months. Our Tasting Notes Nose: If you’re a fan of Christmas then look no further. Spices, figs, dates, Sherry, milk chocolate, raisins, sultanas and cinnamon. Palate: Mouth-coating and luxurious, oak and red fruits. Finish: Marmalade, fresh berries and cherries..
