It was then transferred to a Pedro Ximenez cask for finishing. In August 2019 it was bottled at 51.8% abv as part of the North Start Cask Series Number 9. Only 378 bottles were produced for worldwide distribution. Our Tasting Notes Nose: Stewed apples and raisins, poached stone fruits and damp oak. Palate: Fruit and nut, smokey with red berries.
