Palate without Water: The palate is creamy with hints of pepper, ripe fruits, and dark chocolate. Grapefruit and charred oak develop on the finish. Nose with Water: Sweet maple cured bacon aromas with apple, toasted walnut, and citrus peel. Palate with Water: Creamy and sweet with salted caramel, cooked apple, and white pepper.
