It was distilled in December 1997 and bottled at 48.4% in June 2016. It is part of the Old Particular range of whisky bottled by Douglas Laing. Our Tasting Notes Nose: The spice on the nose is incredible, beeswax and freshly polished wood, there’s dark chocolate tannins with cranberries and raspberries. Palate: Dried fruits of plums and figs, plenty of spice happening here, like an exotic banquet. Strawberries, cranberries and raspberries, little nuttiness and some caramel.
