Taste: Hints of rich sherried Christmas cake with a touch of marzipan, and mixed spices. It’s deliciously smooth and creamy with mouth warming qualities. With a little water Nose: Through the subtle notes of ripe green apples, a delicate touch of charred oak smoke comes to the fore and malty notes emerge, too.
