Given the history of this distillery it’s not a surprise that they decided to mature some of their spirit in ex-Sake barrels. We are not sure this has ever been achieved or tried before but we know the outcome is very special indeed. Tasting Notes Nose: Toasted walnuts and vanilla combine with a little earthy note.
