The whisky has adopted a deep gold colour reflecting the high quality of the bourbon barrel used for maturation. Our Tasting Notes Nose: The first impression is sweet, vanilla and creamy, there’s caramelized banana, fresh crusty sweet pastry. You get toasted oats and homemade toffee sauce like you’d pour over sticky date pudding Palate: The cask strength is ideal for this whisky. Full of flavour and plenty of bite. Plenty of nutty essence hits the tongue, there’s lemon citrus raisins, figs and not too sweet. Finish: Why should this come to an end. Long finish, which is rich and flavoursome..
