A 700 ml single malt distillate distilled in March 2008 at Dalwhinnie Distillery (Highland/Speyside) and matured initially in a refill bourbon hogshead before being finished in an Oloroso sherry hogshead. Bottled in November 2022 by North Star Spirits at cask strength (48.9% ABV), non‑chill‑filtered, natural color. Produced using traditional malt distillation and oak cask aging methods.
