Our Tasting Notes Nose: Apple pie with creamy caramel, freshly made sponge cake, toffee popcorn and toasted oak. Palate: Ripe orchard fruits, baked apricots, freshly cut oranges, creamy and buttery with vanilla and nutmeg. Finish: Long with sponge cake, charred oak and creamy butterscotch.  .
