This unique and limited fully sherry cask matured single malt whisky has been carefully nurtured over 7 years in their premium Oloroso Sherry casks. The combination of the unique Hellyers Road signature spirit flavour profile complimented by soft, sweet fruit furnishings creates a single malt whisky that embodies the ‘less is more’ philosophy. While many Sherry cask releases rely on a battering of Christmas fruit richness to deliver flavour, at Hellyers Road, they believe in the harmonious balance between the unique spirit, their premium casks and the nuances of the ageing process.
