In March 2022 it was bottled at 59.5% abv as part of the North Start Cask Series Number 018. Only 241 bottles were produced for worldwide distribution. Our Tasting Notes Nose: Sourdough bread, damp plasterboard, ripe apples, poached pears, fermented wash, fresh garden herbs and vegetal. Palate: Sour ale, nougat, salted caramel, lemon citrus and cream cheese. Finish: Long and malty with sponge cake, white pepper and a delicate smoky note.. For adults of legal drinking age.
