This 2021 Limited release Hibiki Blossom Harmony is based on Suntory’s classic, award-winning Hibiki blend.  Ex-bourbon cask Yamazaki and Hakushu single malts are married with Sakura cask finished Chita single grain whisky. The spirit is then introduced to whisky matured in Sakura cherry wood barrels The result is a delightful amalgem of sweet, floral and fruity notes accompanied by a generous helping of sakura mochi..
