NED fought to reclaim his honour in a bare-knuckled boxing match at the Imperial Hotel in Beechworth VIC. After 20 Rounds, he walked away victorious. The HONOUR of NED is inspired by this event. With a rich orange and caramel scents, moving into oak, raisins and vanilla. The taste is a sweet and rich oak with plenty of power and length. With hints of chocolate, orange peel and vanilla toasted moving into sweet Christmas cake. It has a great balance with a pleasant smooth heat. About the Design  The illustration is an interpretation of NED reclaiming his honour against Isaiah Wright. NED fought a bare-knuckled boxing match at the Imperial Hotel that lasted 20 Rounds. A horse shoe to symbolise the horse they were fighting over. 1874 was the year it took place in Beechworth. Boxing bell and boxing ring ropes give subtle nod to the boxing history. Our Tasting Notes Nose: Caramel sweetness, chocolate orange and Christmas cake spices with hints of vanilla. Palate: Chocolate orange and salted caramel, boozy soaked dried dark fruits and vanilla spice. Finish: Long with oak and dark chocolate.  . For adults of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly.
