Our Tasting Notes Nose: Damp oak, caramel and toffee sweetness combines with vanilla and dried orchard fruits of apricot, dates and figs. Fruit cake and Christmas cake spices. Palate: Dark chocolate, toasted grains, Banoffee pie and ginger snap biscuits. Finish: Christmas cake fruits and spices, sweet caramel and creamy vanilla.  . For adults of legal drinking age.
