Our Tasting Notes Nose: Floral, with a lovely sweetness to the nose and aromatic spice, honeycomb and toasted malt. Palate: Very fruity at first, maple syrup and honey along with digestive biscuits and again very floral. Finish: More spices and honey in the finish which is long and luscious..
