Official Tasting Notes Nose without water: Sherry influences with vanilla, green apple and marzipan aromas complemented by zesty orange and delicate cinnamon notes. Taste without water: Peppery with ripe banana, milk chocolate and ground coffee flavours. Tropical fruits develop with hints of grapefruit and pineapple. A lingering charred oak edge develops. Nose with water: Sweet with pear, ripe banana and cocoa powder. Subtle leather aromas combine with a menthol note. Taste with water: Sweet initially with fresh mango, orange and burnt sugar on the palate. Ripe banana and gooseberry flavours are complemented by a dark chocolate edge..
