Arran Distillery Exclusive Fino Sherry Small Batch Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml) Volume: 700ml           ABV: 58.7%           Age: No Age Statement           Country: Scotland The Arran Small Batch Fino Sherry has been fully matured in the finest Fino Sherry Casks sourced from a respected Sherry producer in the Jerez region of Spain. This whisky is influenced by the quality of the Spanish Oak. Aged in the Lochranza warehouse and infused by the Spanish oak and the soft sea air surrouning the Isle of Arran. Only 308 bottles produced and all of our bottles for sale are signed by James MacTaggart, Master Distiller at the Arran Distillery. Our Tasting Notes Nose: This whisky has an incredible nose. You can smell the rich Fino Sherry, creamy and delicious. Plenty of stewed fruits, freshly roasted nuts filling a winters air, clotted cream and honeycomb this is a beautifully balanced whisky. It still has that distinct Arran nose of boiled lollies, citrus fruits and a pinch of floral notes. The nose opens further with water. Palate: Rich and chewy with lots of creamy Fino Sherry, stewed fruits again with citrus. A very complex dram. Finish: A long mouthcoating finish which would have to compete against some of the big players in the Fino Sherry whisky departments. It does show that it is young in the finish but that was very enjoyable and well I just want more.. For adults of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly.
