Official Tasting Notes Nose: Sweet cereal notes are accompanied with raisin butter, apple crumble, kiwi fruit and turkish delight. Palate: Sweet cereal notes are accompanied with raisin butter, apple crumble, kiwi fruit and turkish delight.  Finish: A long, medium dry finish with classic Springbank sweet salty notes, along with hints of bung cloth and fig rolls..
