Three casks have been used to create this single malt whisky. The whisky was distilled on the 28th November 2000 and bottled on the 9th of February 2017 it was drawn from cask numbers 807, 810 and 811. Only 894 bottles were made available worldwide. Our Tasting Notes Nose: Raspberries with vanilla Chantilly cream, freshly toasted cereals. Palate: Stewed pears and summer pudding, peppery spice and tied together by a great balance of sweetness and saltiness. Finish:  Mouthwatering finish of tropical fruits and chocolate..
