Our Tasting Notes Nose: Did someone say vanilla three ways………….creme brûlée, ice cream and custard, freshly made caramel, my mother-in-laws shortbread so buttery and delicious. Palate: More outstanding vanilla’s, desiccated coconut which reminds me of a lamington with the softened dark chocolate and fresh vanilla sponge. The buttery shortbread sticks around and a little hint of orange leads to the finish. Finish: Buttery and long, such a great aftertaste and full of malty goodness.. For adults of legal drinking age.
