This release by Cadenhead is truly unbelievable. The casks only produced 450 bottles. Our Tasting Notes Nose: Stewed pears, puff pastry, Scottish shortbread just out the oven, Biscotti and a short black coffee, after 8 mints. Palate: Fruit platter, tropical fruit juice (Um-bungo), bakewell tarts. Finish: Lots of spice in the finish, cinnamon, nutmeg and white pepper.. For adults of legal drinking age.
