It is the 3rd release of this stunning bottle. This single cask single malt was distilled in March 2006 and bottled in June 2017, only 1309 decanters were produced. It is bottled at cask strength with no chill filtration and no colouring added. As natural as whisky comes. Tasting Notes Nose: Sweet and sour fruit mixture of figs, raisins, lemon and honey. Supplemented subsequently by baked apple and a trace of cinnamon. At the end there’s a touch of vanilla and caramelized brown sugar. Palate: Freshly baked fruit cake, malt and a little fresh wood. Some caramel sweetness and vanilla. Finish: The finish is long with again mint and plenty of oak. Floral with vanilla and honey.. For adults of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly.
