Our Tasting Notes Nose: This one reminds me of Scotland in the winter, toasted chestnuts on an open flame, notes of toffee and weeping orange skins. Taste: Dark chocolate dominates and marries with vanilla pods and balanced oak. Again there’s a toasted nature to this on the palate like coconut or toffee.
