Made and hand bottled at the Great Southern Distillery on the harbour’s edge in Albany, this complex and elegant single malt whisky is distilled in traditional small batch copper pot stills from local barley. Directors Cut M354 has been smoked with peat collected by hand from near the ‘Valley of the Giants’ and has been matured in an old American Oak ex-Bourbon cask and then finished in an old Australian ex-Sherry cask. Limeburners Director’s Cut comes from our Directors select reserve of barrels and represents the top shelf of the Limeburners range.
