Bottled at cask strength 57.9% and extremely limited. Our Tasting Notes Nose: Salty with bacon pieces and slightly herbal. Vegetable stock, fresh and vibrant. Some floral characters on the nose too. Taste: Honey sweetness, pears, apples and melon. Orange salted caramel sweetness and some chocolate orange with cinnamon spice. Finish: A little nutty with citrus and slightly oily..
