Hazelburn whisky is triple distilled and unpeated which allows the Springbank Distillery to create a spirit that is light, fruity and subtle. This whisky is a small batch release single malt from the Hazelburn range and it has been matured for 13 years in ex-Oloroso Sherry casks. Distilled in October 2003 and bottled in March 2017 at 47.1% abv. Our Tasting Notes Nose: Raisins and burn sugar, sticky toffee pudding and pencil shavings. Palate: Mother’s strawberry jam with scones and cream. Peppered strawberries in a brandy snap basket. White chocolate cigars. Finish: Coffee and dark chocolate, citrus zest, tasted barley, melted butter and marmalade.. For adults of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly.
