Whisky 1 San Diego Small Batch American Bourbon (30ml) San Diego Distilleries 92 proof Bourbon carries a mammoth portion of Vienna barley that rounds out a lively corn mash with exotic malt essence.  Hints of vanilla bean, rose buds and caramel candy on the nose, finishing with shades of resinous oak. 46% abv Whisky 2 San Diego Small Batch American Bourbon Cask Strength (30ml) San Diego Distilleries cask strength Bourbon carries a mammoth portion of Vienna barley that rounds out a lively corn mash with exotic malt essence.  Hints of vanilla bean, rose buds and caramel candy on the nose, finishing with shades of resinous oak. This cask strength variant is robust & malty, becoming a teasing affair of caramel, hazelnuts and tannin with a measure of water. 52% abv Whisky 3 San Diego 92 Small Batch Rye Whisky (30ml) San Diego Distilleries 92 proof rye whiskey is characteristically spicy.  This malted rye malt whiskey exudes flavours of sweet dates juxtaposed with fresh cracked peppercorn.  An unassuming hint of butterscotch on the nose leads to a shimmering complex finish. 46% abv Whisky 4 San Diego 92 Small Batch Rye Whisky Cask Strength (30ml) San Diego Distilleries 92 proof rye whiskey is characteristically spicy.  This malted rye malt whiskey exudes flavours of sweet dates juxtaposed with fresh cracked peppercorn.  An unassuming hint of butterscotch on the nose leads to a shimmering complex finish. The cask strength version of this Rye whiskey is a bold, intense expression that builds upon the already spicy base.  Tasting notes lead to a potpourri of fruits, cardamom and toasted oak. 63% abv Whisky 5 San Diego Small Batch Single Malt Whisky Cask Strength (30ml) The San Diego Cask Strength American single malt is distilled from seven different malted barleys.  Built upon a Russian imperial stout backbone, mocha and toffee dominate the nose, with a palate pop of dark chocolate fudge and wood fired marshmallows. 61.5% abv Whisky 6 San Diego Peated Cask Strength Single Malt Whisky (30ml) The single malt with an injection of peaty goodness and all at cask strength. 61.7% abv.
